Healthy
Generations
Healthy Generations provides comprehensive, youth-centered care to adolescent parents (ages 13–21) and their children, improving maternal and infant health outcomes while reducing the impact of health-related social needs.

Since its establishment in 1995, the program has supported more than 2,000 parenting teens through its evidence-based care program. Generations changes outcomes for adolescent parents through longitudinal relationships and strengths-based care.
“When I found Generations I was lost. Generations was the difference between hope and no hope. Y’all changed my life. Generations included me along with my child. It made me want to take care of my own health and go to the doctor. Jen (my social worker) made me believe that everyone wasn’t against me anymore. She helped mold me and my daughter to be who we are today. That’s the reality. It’s like you all have been our family for all this time.” - Former Generations parent, single mother of a 12-year-old daughter
Philanthropic support fuels this work by ensuring more families can access comprehensive medical care, social worker services, and integrated mental health care. With your support, we can continue to make a lasting difference through Healthy Generations.
